I have been on the phone with Verizon numerous times wasting hours re-explaining and been transferred from person to person. My husband had a business Verizon account. He transferred his phone line on an iPhone 14 Pro Max to my personal Verizon account. Then 3 months ago he upgraded his phone to a IPhone 16 pro max. Verizon said since the iPhone 14 was paid off we can keep it and wait 60 days for the eSIM to be unlocked to gift it to anyone else with another carrier service. It has been over 90 days and the eSIM is still locked. Verizon seems to think the business department has it locked from when it was on the business account. But the business account was deactivated when he transferred to Verizon personal.
the Verizon business customer service can’t get into the old business account because it has been deactivated and the Verizon personal customer service says they can’t do anything and around and around I go talking about the same issues with no solution!
