The Fraud Group is a bunch of imbeciles. I ordered online, proved whom I was initially, then account placed on hold. So I sent the selfie and copy of my license. That was good enough to get approved however when the shipping address changed...issues? You don't like my shipping address because it's different from my ID. Didn't like documents I had for where I temporarily housed? Cool. Cancel it all and I'll go into store. That was laughable. It's bad enough to get transferred around by folks that are clueless. When you do reach fraud department, I laugh because they put you on hold claiming to look over things. I haven't sent anything recent to prove whom i am so what are they looking at? Anyway the store (corporate) is powerless. I'm literally in from of someone with my ID, Passport, SS card. They were rude to them and hung up. They give a scripted line without explanation ever time. So escalated and the Executive Complaints team are powerless to. The woman understood the assignment and how we got there yet came back with same regurgitation as though she was fraud too. It was as though I didn't even explain to her. No one was to accept responsibility that group is broken or your policies are.
How I know this all this mess isn't an anomaly, before I went through this I suggested to my sister to leave T-Mobile to port her number over to Verizon. She went to the exact same thing before I did. It was worse. I figured due to me being a former employee on Fios side I could navigate all this foolishness. Fooled me. To add insult to injury.... I had also order the home internet. When all this mess happened since I'm familiar with how each group works, i advised to cancel it all. Whatever need to be done. These ppl allowed the order to hold til the order naturally cancelled since it was hold. Then next day I received a delivery at address with the Verizon home internet. You can't make this stuff up.
VERIZON, I hope you all are reading this. IMBECILES. You might want to listen to calls especially dealing with this group and stop outsourcing. You better NOT apologize and advise me to contact FRAUD. I will read your rights. Everything most customers complained of when I was employee, I thought depending on severity added extra sauce. After what I witnessed my sister and I went through. You all are a JOKE. I walked into T-Mobile showed my ID.... they ran my credit in front of me.....Approved. SMDH
