I cannot wait for this 3 year contract to end. I am still being overcharged on 5 of the devices as the promotion they have applied was not what the promo was. No one can get it fixed, not the store , not customer service. It has been a 4 month, YES FOUR MONTH nightmare. They still have yet to provide a promotional credit on my 6th line at all. Verizon is terrible and as soon as I can exit to someone else I will. I have been a customer for almost 6 years and I cant wait to leave. It has been a nightmare. My suggestion never commit to Verizon.
