My son’s Gizmo watch has been frozen for days after doing a reset. I did the reset using the Gizmo app because the update would not download and his steps weren’t refreshing each day. It shows half of the character in the spot light. We have shut it down several times but it always freezes here. His profile on the app is also gone. Yes, it’s on the charger. Tried the Verizon chat for 2 hours and got nowhere. It takes them 10 minutes to respond to anything and kept getting transferred to other agents who would ask the same questions as the last person! Any ideas?
