Rebates Claims

When I signed up for home internet, I was told I would get 3 rebates - an amazon gift card, a verizon gift card, and a Best Buy gift card for Samsung products. Only one of these (The amazon offer) has been emailed to me to activate. The other 2 rebates are not in my 'offers' section, where should I find them? Or if they will be sent to me, could you please clarify the timeline for that?

The 5G Home Internet was purchased on 6/15/25. The other rebates were for $250 for Verizon, and $400 for BestBuy/Samsung products at BestBuy. Thank you so much for you help with this!

I recently went through this! Where none of the rebates showed up, and upon speaking with someone, they cancelled my online manual order and put one in on their side. Afterwards, they said that I wasn't able to get all three, but then, after speaking to someone else for an hour or so, they gave me two codes to submit for the Verizon and Amazon rebates. I have yet to receive the one for the Best Buy, and they recently denied my 250$ Verizon gift card, and my Amazon is still pending for $200. If I could get some help too, that would be amazing.

Hi, unfortunately discounts and promotions are not stackable. Whomever told you that you could get 3 different promotions for the same thing had the wrong information.

Hello, thank you so much for the help previously. Unfortunately the status of this amazon rebate appears to be stuck. According to the app the request was processed on 8/4, however it has now been at the same step for the past 216 hours with no email received, and tells me . Please advise.

Good afternoon,

Per the instruction of the last Verizon person to help me, I reached out to BHN. After several days of back and forth, I was told;

"the system does not show any record that has been issued to you.Therefore, we kindly recommend contacting the sponsoring company so they can confirm with you if the card was already submitted by them. Besides, you can check with them what information was used to submit the card: name, address, phone number, and check the spelling of these."

Please advise as to how this can be resolved quickly. This has now taken over a month of my life. I am petty though, and will not simply drop the issue, even though this is no longer worth the value of the promised gift card.

Well u sure haven't delivered my 250 anzon card its now week 10 and was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours after 18aug nope then speak with rebate office tell me be 7 to 10 days well that was 14 days ago so i dnt belive a word you all say with the rest assured im here to make sure u get your promotions all scripted lines then on to the next consumer who will listen for weeks and get absolutely no where the cycle is never ending

I am having similar issues.. Received an email this morning that I have rebate pending to issue by 09/23 - however the link goes to an empty offers page. its taken 5 weeks and 4 hours on the phone with Verizon for me to even receive access to my bill online. My patience is well worn with what appears to be a deliberate strategy of mis-information and difficulty in resolving issues so Verizon can just collect more money and not deliver on their offerings
