Sign in to a disconnected mobile account doesn't work

Recently left Verizon Wireless and ported numbers. I'm trying to get a detail copy of my final bill which I believe can only be obtained through my account info. The final bill mailed to me is the grand total only. The sign in to a disconnected mobile account website doesn't work! Anyone know how to solve for this?

While we hate to hear that you left Verizon, thank you for your time with Verizon. We want to make sure you are able to view your detailed billing.

Once an account has been disconnected, you can still log into your My Verizon with using your User ID. If you don't have or know your User ID you can sign in to My Verizon on our Sign in to a disconnected account page for 6 months after disconnecting your mobile account. You'll need the mobile number, last name on the account and ZIP code. Please contact us if you still need support.

Have you tried logging in with your User ID (it has to be the User ID associated with your Verizon account before you ported out, which is not necessarily your forum username) on My Verizon to see if anything happens? Or maybe check the one-time bill pay site to see if there are any details:
