After 17 years with Verizon, I have been enrolled in autopay and my bank card is not eligible, my bank account is not eligible, and I'm getting past due notices even though I have added and paid my bill. No notice was given and the only option is to get the Verizon MasterCard, or ACH as a direct bank payment. Is Verizon not eligible to draft bank accounts?
