I got behind on my bill (which I completely understand is my fault)so I reached out to customer service before my service was suspended. I was told if I paid 98.00 I would have my service extended until the 28th of this month. Well I paid 100.00 to the representative and was told everything was good to go. Now my service has been disconnected and when I try to speak with customer service I’m ignored. They refuse to even message me back. I have save a copy of the chat log and you’ll clearly see I was told one thing and another is happening. I’m going to file a complaint with FCC BBB as well as send the screenshots of the conversation to my bank so I can dispute the charges. Anyone know if I’m missing a channel to file a complaint? Trying to speak with this customer service is almost impossible.
