I just want to express how much I am unsatisfied with services from you guys. Verizon I mean I have this app my Verizon app and it suggests this cool deal I can get with the phone a good promotional deal so I went and tried doing it. Big mistake I made because in the end I went to go pick up the phone and the lady didn't know how to give it to me. She didn't know what she was doing and I never got the phone. But nevertheless after leaving it said I did get the phone!!! and ever since that issue, it's been like Non-Stop headaches for the last week trying to resolve that order and then trying to get another order to fix that one. But in the end I wasted like 5 days about maybe 15 phone calls. Maybe 10 chat sessions and of course three different visits in a single day at the local Verizon store and all for, nothing as it comes to find out. They don't want to give me any order and they denied all my orders according to their fraud department or whatever. They're the ones who cause most the problems I believe but I don't know. It's just ridiculous. I mean there's no fraud at all going on yet. We're treated like criminals man you know we are well paying customer. That's been with you for about 8 months now and has never missed a single payment and in the end they wasted just the last 5 days of my time and now you're going to say I can't get the order. I can't get the phone even though you was one she who suggested I did to begin with and in the end I wasted all this time! like my time has no value or something. You know now you guys are going to lose your customer. I'm going to break the contracts and you guys aren't going to get nothing from me anymore all because of incompetence. Man you know
