Just wondering why we aren’t able to switch phones on the app or the website with prepaid? I have to contact customer service every time I want to switch my device which is highly annoying and time wasting. When trying to do it on the site, it states the device is eSIM only and I have to either add a new line to activate it or contact customer service to swap. The original device is on eSIM? Android to iPhone and vice versa. I switch phones fairly often and it’s extremely inconvenient to have to go through a 15 minute chat just to do something so simple that it seems postpaid customers can do automatically with no issue.
