How i can use my phone overseas
Login to your My Verizon account and use the "Add funds" button in the large box which says "Available balance". Note that when you load funds, local taxes and fees are added on, which will appear on your bank account statement, but the available balance which will display on My Verizon will be without the taxes/fees.
If you are currently outside of the US, I've heard access to My Verizon is blocked while overseas, and the only thing I can think of would be to try using a VPN, or you'd have to contact International Services Support to try to get funds loaded.
Make sure Travel Pass is enabled in your account, because if it's toggled off, you won't be able to use it at all, even if you have funds available to pay for Travel Pass.
