I have been trying for days to port my number to Xfinity. My port was initially confirmed, but then cancelled for some reason. I have since spent multiple hours with both service providers with no progress. A suggestion I saw on Reddit stated the following :
"...a rep has to submit an AYS ticket for the developer team to fix the switch order and recover the mobile number. It is common for lines to get stuck during a tys."
I need someone to help me file this sort of ticket.
