I can’t find the promo code to redeem my $400 off select Samsung products at Best Buy and I received an email that it expires in 7 days.
Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of the missing promotional code was resolved by navigating to the desktop My Verizon homepage and locating the "Make the most of your plans" section.
If others encounter problems with locating a promotion they qualify for, some common issues can include these items: Not meeting the promotional requirements of the offer, an error with the promotion system, or the redemption process hasn’t been completed.

We want to make sure that you're able to redeem your Samsung credit. Are you able to try these steps and let us know if you're able to redeem the promo?
> Navigate to your Account page> Click on the Claim your $400 Samsung discount code tile under Make the most of your plans section.> Click Claim offer> Check box and Click Accept and Continue to Verizon's terms and conditions.
From there, a Promo Code should generate and prompt you to be redirected to BestBuy's website to continue your order. Let us know if this works for you!
