I am not very happy we were talked into the home internet when I picked up an ipad we were told first we needed to have it for 60 days no its 75 days lies, then we were quoted $50 when we picked up the device the lady (lier) said it would be $50 for the first year… we are now being told that it is $80 and -$15 off of that would be 65…. Now ever month I have to fight with you all to make it right…. I am so very disappointed with Verizon. I have been with you people for over 15 years and if you wanna count my years before when I was prepaid, I’ve been with you people for over 25 years and I’m getting slapped in the face continuously here we were supposed to get the oculus headset mailed out on the 21st two day shipping now I’m being told as being delayed after I had to wait an extra 15 days now how much longer do I really have to wait and am I really gonna get it seriously
