We’ll. After 6 months of waiting for my account to drop restrictions bc of a sent back payment from the bank bc they thought it was fraud. My account is the same! Full price up front for a phone! Can't sign up for autopay! Can't even pay my current device off!? Go to the screen to pay off. And the option isn't even highlighted. I was told on July 23rd my account would go back to normal. Low and behold. It didn't! They blame it on "the system"! If they put the restrictions on. They can take them off! There goes a faithful customer Verizon!! But y'all don't care!!
