So I chatted through text messages and was told I would have until August 3 to get all paid up and to rest assured. Now my services are suspended and I can’t get through to any agent to see what happened.
Hello Aytumn84: thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Even with services suspended for non-payment, you can always reach out to us by dialing #611 from the mobile device associated to your account.

How? I’m having the same issue and it forwards me to financial services and will not let me talk to anyone without paying first. The online chat doesn’t work either without paying first. No one from Verizon has responded to my post yet, and I have the screenshots from yesterday when I was told my service wouldn’t be interrupted. I’m literally laying in the hospital and can’t talk to my wife because our phones are off, when I paid money yesterday, prior to service interruption, and your agent said this wouldn’t happen. I have proof of the conversation!
We understand how important it is to stay connected. I have sent you a private note so that we can discuss your account.

Sounds like it was suspended for non payment. Pretty standard. And they charge a $20 reconnection fee for EVERY line you have. That includes phones, tablets, watches, any line of service.
