Charged 240 for a router I can’t return

I switched the router on my account because the internet was very poor. They sent me a new router and said I would be sent a shipping label for the old router to return it.

I NEVER received the return label or shipping address, and then they charged me 240 on this bill for the old router.

In addition to this, I’m now being charged an additional 25 for “WiFi Backup” every month. I already pay 25 for “LTE Home”. What is this opaque garbage?

I’m willing to return the box, but I need a refund for this useless piece of plastic. And stop charging me double for home internet every month
