I have contacted verizon chat 3 times the last two months. I upgraded my 5th line for new device and trade in. I did get the trade in promo but verizon charged my next bill the $291. So I had to pay the extra bill that was not truthful.
Ive been with Verizon for 18yrs, never seen this bad customer service. I feel like the chat cust service is gaslighting me. I shared my problem the 2nd time 2 weeks ago with them. I asked for an email confirming it be applied to my bill. It was supposed to apply to my current July 21st bill and guess what, no credit. Im not happy to waste days to resolve this easy thing with verizon.
