I am trying to apply for Verizon forward i just got off the phone with a rep and she sent me the link to apply to it however it's just the main verizon forward page. It is an endless cycle. There's 2 options you can select and I tried both. 1st option: "Get Started" it prompts me to put my address in - I put my address in and I get a message "we'll let you know when Verizon Home is available in your area" Weird - since I already have Verizon Home. 2nd Option: "Sign In" I sign in (even though I ALREADY AM) and it send me a link to verify my login and get this message "We’re unable to continue your order at this time. I have already tried 2 different browsers, clearing my cache, tried a different computer, tried to do it on mobile. None work.
