Unable to apply for Verzion Forward - Website is one big loop.

I am trying to apply for Verizon forward i just got off the phone with a rep and she sent me the link to apply to it however it's just the main verizon forward page. It is an endless cycle. There's 2 options you can select and I tried both. 1st option: "Get Started" it prompts me to put my address in - I put my address in and I get a message "we'll let you know when Verizon Home is available in your area" Weird - since I already have Verizon Home. 2nd Option: "Sign In" I sign in (even though I ALREADY AM) and it send me a link to verify my login and get this message "We’re unable to continue your order at this time. I have already tried 2 different browsers, clearing my cache, tried a different computer, tried to do it on mobile. None work.

Registration should definitely not be as difficult as you outlined here. We want to look over the information and see what we can do to get everything setup properly. Please be on the lookout for a Private Message from us so we can review specifics on your account.

I don't know if this program is still being offered? It was supposed to be a transition from the federal Affordable Connectivity Program which ran out of funds early last year.

why wouldn't they just tell me this on the phone -_- thank you - also I Had the wrong email address login but now i'm curious if this program is still active or not.

I wonder if it's different in different states - in NY we have the New York Affordable Broadband Act (ABA) and I believe we are the first state with it.

My guess is whomever you spoke with on the phone didn't know either. I haven't heard anything about the Verizon Forward program in a long time on these forums, but admittedly, I'm just a customer myself. If NY has a program, I'd try applying for that. Best of luck to you.
