Good afternoon,
I have been trying to get ahold of someone with Verizon about this issue for the past few weeks now but have been unsuccessful in doing so. The company I work for has an ongoing commercial development project in Cold Springs, KY. While conducting site work we ran into a utility box labeled MCI. It is to my understanding that Verizon acquired MCI in 2006. I need to get ahold of someone in the engineering department to discuss this with and what actions need to be taken.
