I have had to contact TWO stores. Call three times to talk to someone who actually tries to help. Three other times I have gotten representatives who are rude, don't seem to understand or care what the issues are. I lost a GREAT Plan for a terrible plan, which is more expensive and lost the perks that were included. Verizon hasn't done ANYTHING to correct this. Obviously, they don't care about keeping loyal customers. I was so dissatisfied with the service I went the store I dropped my old device off at two days later and said I want to cancel this upgrade, go back to my old plan and my old phone. He signed and told me no; no, you can't do that. You're stuck with this. Like ..... seriously!
I was told that in order to make this right they were going to add on Hulu and Disney which was included with my old plan. They were going to add that at no charge, but it's being charged.
I received a FAULTY device, was told when I called that they would ship a NEW replacement with a return label. That never happened. So, I called AGAIN and was advised that I needed to go to a store to do a straight swap. I did this but was charged $10 and was told because I was doing this in store. I already upgraded; I already paid all this money. he wouldn't even give me the phone until this was paid. I know this sounds trivial, but after two weeks dealing with this and the constant problems.
I had to call yet again .... because I was told and SHOWN that my bill was a certain price. 5 days later, I get notification that its increased almost $30. While on the line, the lady helped but was argumentative. There is also a pending charge which SHOUDN"T be on my account. Where are all these extra charges coming from???
