Hi
I have spent days trying to access my account's final bill. It has not been emailed or mailed to my address. Moreover my pin can't be reset. Verizon customer service says i have to visit the verizon center and verizon center says they don't have any details.
It is also not accessible by the disconnected mobile service. Can someone help me to get my final bill. Strange is that i can't disable my autopay and verizon deducted the amount even without sending me the bill or providing the detailed bill.
