Disconnected account login

Hi

I have spent days trying to access my account's final bill. It has not been emailed or mailed to my address. Moreover my pin can't be reset. Verizon customer service says i have to visit the verizon center and verizon center says they don't have any details.

It is also not accessible by the disconnected mobile service. Can someone help me to get my final bill. Strange is that i can't disable my autopay and verizon deducted the amount even without sending me the bill or providing the detailed bill.

Bill reprints can be sent through the mail by our support team. Additionally, if your account is disconnected, you can view/print past bills for up to 6 months after disconnection by signing in to My Verizon with your User ID. Disconnected accounts cannot sign in using the ten digit mobile number. If you've forgotten your User ID, you can retrieve it here: https://secure.verizon.com/account/forgot-user-id/start

As a final alternative, we can also validate an account in person at one of our corporate locations using a valid ID. To find the closest corporate store in your area, you can use our Store Locator here: https://www.verizon.com/stores/

Last bills are generated at what would have been the end of the billing cycle if you were still a customer. Have you attempted to login to My Verizon using the User ID associated with your My Verizon account and not the phone number? Your User ID is not necessarily the same as your forum username.

Some people have had luck with getting final bills printed by employees at corporate stores, but others haven't. The bills should come via snail mail, so I'd check that your mailing address is correct and that you don't have an apartment/suite number listed on "Address 2" when calling to ask about it. I list my whole street address on "Address 1", as I've seen problems with other merchants when something is on "Address 2" where their system will omit anything on "Address 2" and thus cause mailing/shipping problems.

P.S. - Is there still another line active on the account in question? If you were the Account Owner and ported out your line, but there are still other Verizon lines present, billing will continue to come to you.

Sorry to hear you have ended your services with us and have been encountering issues with receiving your final invoice. Please know, any of our corporate locations will be able to print a copy of your invoice as long as you're listed as the Account Owner or Manager with a valid Government ID. I will be sending a Private Note to help locate the closest location and to verify that all account details are listed accurately so an additional copy can be sent to your mailing address.
