Hi!
I’m a resident of an HOA in southeastern Pennsylvania, and I’m reaching out to see if there is any way we can get a Verizon Fios expansion in our community.
Fios is available in over 96% of our town, yet our neighborhood has been left out and we’re stuck with Xfinity, which many of us are frustrated with due to daily outages and inconsistent speeds. There’s some speculation that an existing Xfinity agreement with our HOA or developer may be blocking other providers from entering, but we would strongly prefer to have the option of switching to Fios. Most people are even ready to switch to another provider such as T-Mobile or Starlink.
Our entire community is highly interested, and we’re prepared to coordinate with Verizon, work with our HOA on access and easements, and help organize community sign-ups if needed. We’d love to be considered for a fiber feasibility review or included in upcoming expansion plans.
If there’s a way to get our neighborhood on the radar, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to connect.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
