I have a Verizon in-ground box in the easement in front of my property that has a lid that is completely broken/damaged. I called Verizon, Chatted with Verizon, and they make it incredibility difficult to get to anyone that can send someone to replace it. Anyone here have a contact or has had a successful way to get Verizon to replace the box lid? I have small kids and I worry they will hurt themselves and its completely negligent that Verizon does not have any meaningful way to address these hazards.
Any help on where to go, or who to report would be helpful.
