I had a representative come to my job to offer his services and convince me to transition over to Verizon Internet since I have a cell service he offered a Nintendo switch as a promo for getting the service. He stopped back in a month before I noticed the promo was about to end in August. He stated that I had to Redeem on August 11 and I clearly saw it on my app, but I go to look today July 31, and it’s no longer there so what happened to the promo? I thought I was supposed to receive an Nintendo switch.
