I have an s24 ultra that I got in November. For the last couple months,it's been driving me crazy with the "moisture detected" alert when I try to plug it in & sometimes even when it's just chilling on the table not even plugged up! My husband has an s24+ and his is doing it off and on as well. I mostly have to just use my fast wireless charger but occasionally plug it in just to see if it will charge. Today it worked but a few hours later,we were back to the annoying moisture alert again. Now my wireless charging is acting strange. The entire time I've been typing this message,Its been stuck on 1% and long before that too. Yes I know that using it as it charges can slow it down but come on now,not THAT much. My question is,what is going on with these galaxies?? Is it the phones,a software glitch, the batteries,or what? Because my phone hasn't been in water. Could it be these hot Alabama summer days and a faulty sensor? And yes I've tried all the "fixes",clearing the USB cache, soft reset, turning off fast charging and taking it out of the case. Nothing works or if it does, not for long. Do I just have a bad phone?
Note- Finally at 2% now
