We were charged for an international call on a cruise that cost $1300. The call has been deemed as “valid” by Verizon. The call, which was 400+ minutes in the middle of the night, was either the result of a pocket dial or a phone call didn’t disconnect when hung up. Sorry, but a call connected without my knowledge is not valid. I have experience a run around from numerous Verizon employees, all which have been recorded and documented. I was told by at least 5 people this would be removed and even have a text saying we would receive a full credit for the call. This started months ago, and our phones were even disconnected for refusing to pay the charges. We’ve been customers for over 20 years and never missed or was late on a bill. This is just poor customer service. Half the time I feel like I’m communicating with a heartless AI. Is this what all big companies are coming to? No more personalized care or understanding! Just despicable.
