When i call on my cell, whether it be in my hand or via bluetooth in my car, I do not hear the 'ringing' sound indicating that the other party is receiving a call.

I've been dealing with THIS same thing for awhile..and people will tell me they can't call me either n get straight vm when my phone doesn't even show anyone calling me. I spent hours on phone w Verizon. And THIS outage in the area since 9/22/25 continues day after day to repair being extended to the next day. I've been w Verizon for 15 years n I'm hating it more n more everyday
We know that waiting on repairs can be upsetting but we want to make sure you are getting the best service possible. In the meantime, A few things we do suggest is to Make sure you have the most recent system update. If you are connected to wifi try turning it off to see if the issue still occurs when only using the network. If so do a Network Setting Reset.
