I have been a Fios customer for seven years and recently had to cancel my service because I moved to a newly constructed home. This address has not existed before. I requested Verizon to transfer my Fios service, and they initially confirmed this would be possible. However, after I purchased the property, Verizon informed me that Fios was not available at my new address, forcing me to terminate my service. However, I have verified that my neighbors are eligible for Fios, and it's just a matter of getting my address registered. I urgently need a FAST TICKET and Fios installation as I work from home. I do not want to resort to signing up with Optimum.
