This is actually a complaint. I have been a valued customer for over a year. I have mobile and internet. I just paid 100 on my account last Friday. I owe $193 and I just called financial services to pay another 100 to connect service and pay the remaining 93 next Wednesday and Verizon could not help me. Do you all realize how critical it is for people to have access to WIFI ? I could not order an uber for work this morning, missed work and it's also frustrating that you can not get a live person when calling. I need my services restored. I am having a financial crisis right now and doing the best I can to keep services as you can see I just paid 100 last week and was willing to pay another 100 today to get my services restored. I'm seriously thinking of switching to TMobile they seem to be more understanding to customers hardships and willing to work with ppl to keep them connected in this hi-tech world. I hate to switch but you leave me no other choice. Thanks unsatisfied long time customer.
