Many years a Verizon customer, 2025 is the year of good bye Verizon. This V card was only ever opened and ONLY ever used to pay for the Verizon bill. Then the physical bill started showing up a different amount then my V online bill as in the attached photo. Switched to pre-paid V phone on 7/3. Still getting billed for the post-paid anyway. Called V Financial services yesterday and was assured that it was all cleared and owed nothing beyond the automatic pre-paid with a different card. Called Synchrony card today and I am still charged $56.89 and they do not accept payment from another card. Two emails received stating I owe $26.74 and "we will provide negative information to credit reporting agencies at our discretion". I asked Rein at Synchrony card, but aren't you the same V as V Financial Services? Nope they do not communicate. What happened to Verizon? It had been my secure perfect provider for so many years. Why does V Financial Svs. not speak to V Synchrony Card?
