I’m reaching out to ask if I can still use my available +play credits toward Xbox Game Pass. I never received an email from Verizon regarding the discontinuation of the service. While I understand +play is no longer active, I would appreciate it if a ticket could be created for the backend team to apply my $55 in +play credits toward Game Pass.
Is there a way to escalate this by creating a support ticket? I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 7 years, and I hope something can be done regarding the unused credits.
