Haven't received refund

I am so ticked off..ordered two phones 2 weeks ago. Paid in full. Never got shipped. Called they said the payment never went through but was taken out of my account. Told me to cancel the order wait 5 days for a refund. Still never got the refund. So I’m out $1200 and have no phone!!! What a joke! Multiple phone calls just to get the run around. Been with Verizon 14 years and never had such bad service!!!

Yes, I have already reached out and have gathered all the emails and will be disputing the charge. But I have to give them 30 days to resolve the issue first
