I feel like i have had to jump through multiple hoops do get this gift card. I signed up May 12 for home internet and received the email to redeem, within the 8 week period, which i did i. Never received the card by email. Spoke with verizon at length, said they would reissue. Never happened. Did chat last week, they stated I would receive card by email August 3. Did not receive. Spoke again with someone today, they stated I never did the redemption email. I feel that Verizon just wants you to forget about these promotions. I have done everything Verizon has asked and still nothing.

no, where would i get a submission id? When I replyed to the email it sent me to sign on my verizon account and to redeem there. no submission id was given

Did you check your junk/spam folder of your email? I've seen posts elsewhere reporting that the rebate center which issues these virtual cards, the email can get flagged as junk/spam.

yes, first thing i did. i have been getting the run around since June. Terrible customer service and making promises they dont keep
