Can’t redeem Nintendo Switch

I signed up for the home internet on June 2,2025 and was offered a Nintendo switch, it said to wait 65 days then I’ll get an email with instructions for redemption. I haven’t received the email yet and it seems like no one knows what I’m talking about. I have an email to confirm but I just wanted to know it’s it’s real for not.

Hello Casiedms7! We want to make sure you are able to redeem the offer. Once you receive an "Order Complete" email after your 5G/LTE Home service is installed, click the link in the email and log into My Verizon. You should see "Make the most of your plans". In that section, you should be able to view the pre-redemption tile Nintendo Switch until the offer is ready to be redeemed. Once it is time to redeem, click the tile and then click "Claim offer". Select the box to accept the terms and conditions and click "Accept and continue".
