Fios fast ticket

Moving into a new townhome a few blocks from my current apartment. My current apartment has FIOS but my new townhouse doesnt have fios available, only 5G. Iw as wondering what the best way to place a FAST ticket to see if I can have FIOS available in my new townhome.

Sad they are losing customers! Same problem, new development and Comcast run their lines over two months ago. They just don't care.
had a Verizon tech out two different times to connect service and all they say is oops nothing they can do since the service hasn’t been run yet. Very sad.
called customer service numerous times and even sent an email to Fios CEO, no response. They just don’t care.
The whole neighborhood is going with Comcast.
