What does it mean "non registered " on a phone on my account?
That's a My Verizon thing. If you are the Account Owner of a group account, the other devices are under your login and don't have a separate login. I think if you designate someone as an Account Manager, then maybe their device will be "registered" in My Verizon because Account Managers will be logging into the group account too and are able to do things with the account. But anyone else's devices in a group account will be "non registered".
