Got the trial for a 5G router in late March. I wasn't satisfied with the speed so I returned it at the beginning of April, which was within the 30-day free return period. However, I kept getting messages saying that I got a bill in my account. Today that I received an email saying the same thing. Can anyone help me solve this?
I left a message at the end of May and I was reached out by a customer service agent. He seemed to help me solve the problem, since I received email saying my service had been cancelled. However, I got an email today saying that I had an outstanding charge in my account... Clearly, The problem still existed.
