A few days ago I wanted to back up my photos in cloud storage to free up space on my phone so I can download the latest update but cloud wasnt letting me . At that point all my photos and documents were there. So I change my password and everything seemed ok till I had to do the authorization check. I changed the password did the security check tried to log in and it said we are sorry you need to log in to your business or residential account. I changd my password again successfully, like the first time. Same thing happened again. So after a third time I contacted verizon. I was transferred to maybe 4 reps on the chat before one tried to help. I didnt get anywhere with that rep so I decided to text them through my phone. The rep left me hanging for one whole hour with out any response and I have the conversation saved, I was saying hello etc....No response. The next day I wake up to a text that literally reads Verizon Msg: We've deleted your Verizon Cloud account on line ending in ####. If you change your mind, you have 30 days to reactivate it to access your content at go.vzw.com/CloudPlans... I immediatly got on the phone trying to reach someone unsuccessfully. Then I go to the live chat and spoke with so many agents and after 3 hours I was able to get a live rep on the phone. He tried to help at least but then said they need to investigate further and advised me not to call them for anything for 5 whole days. I said 5 whole days, he said yeah because they will start the process all over again and just prolong the process. Ok I understand that so he agreed to call me back in 3 days to check and see if there is any progress. I am heartbroken that all my family photos and memories are just gone. Im so ready to cancel my verizon plan and go with another company. Another incident is where they added a line to my account without me knowing and was charging me for it, smh but thats another story. I hope we all get our photos and files back. this is ridiculous and heartbreaking.
