I recently purchased the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 Titanium Blue model directly from Samsung, when I tried to connect it to the Verizon network I got an error saying the imei was invalid. I spoke with a Verizon rep and they said it was Samsung when I spoke to Samsung they said it was Verizon. The next day I took the watch back to where I picked it up from and went about doing an exchange. The Samsung rep told me I was not the first to come in with that problem. When I got the 2nd watch and tried to put the imei number in I got the same error message AGAIN. It seems Verizon is forcing the purchase to be with them and not with the manufacturer. It has now been 2 weeks and I can't seem to get a proper solution other than returning my watch to Samsung and rebuying it through Verizon, which is ridiculous. Is anyone having or had this problem?
