Hello all,
I signed up for Verizon 5g home internet with the Nintendo Switch promotion. I signed up for the promotion on 5/30/25 and received the internet gateway 6/4. When I signed up, the instructions indicated I would need at least 65 days of service before I can redeem. I received an email yesterday on 8/7 (65th day of service) with instructions to redeem the promotional nintendo switch. I have logged in to my Verizon account on multiple browsers and click the nintendo switch promotion tile and it loads to the next page and says:
"We're Sorry. There was an error when adding this Nintendo Switch, on us promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later."
The tile does not show up on my verizon app on my iphone.
I read elsewhere on the verizon community that someone was able to redeem their promotion last year after similar issues but that was after 3 phone calls, a trip to the verizon store, and several live chats. I hope to avoid jumping through so many hoops. Can anyone give any advice or help me?
