My call and text log had disappeared 2 days ago from the website as well as previous texts. I can see texts for the past 2 days but everything before that is gone. Any phone calls are not showing up as well. What's going on?
Having access to your online usage is a must. Help is here. Please share more info. When you are logging in, which path are you taking to review the usage? Also, are you logging in as an account owner, an authorized manager, or a manager of the account?

My guess is this is the same glitch which appears randomly where (usually) the data logs are the ones which go missing and say nothing is available when you try to check. It got my account a few months ago and fixed itself after 2 months. This problem gets reported every so often in the forums, but I haven't found a definitive fix.
