I signedup with you verizon and was supposed to get a 200 dollar Amazon card and a free jbl speaker. I claimed my 200 gift card waiting for the email. But nothing on the jbl speaker. What to do?please help

I’m having the same problem as well. JBL speaker said to redeem it on 9/5/25. When I tried it would not let me. Several chats and calls. Was basically told to give it 24-48 hours even though the date was 9/5/25. Now it has disappeared from the rewards section all together
