After hours on the phone with customer service and various departments I was finally able to complete an upgrade order. I waited for the email notifying me that I could pick up the new phone at a local store. After waiting 24 hours I called to make sure that the order was being processed I was told to wait 1 to 2 more days today I found out the phone order had been canceled no one can tell me who canceled it or why. After additional hours on the phone the solution was to reorder unfortunately all of the changes to my account associated with the bring your own device are still in effect. My bill is all messed up now not sure what I need to do.
