I’ve been a Verizon customer for just about 28 yrs, currently having issues with Visual Voicemail on Samsung Galaxy S23. I gone through the issues with Verizon techs, hours of time, only to be told that Samsung and Verizon Engineers are actively working the issue and I will be notified when the problem is solved. I also pay for Premium Voicemail. I’ve gone through the restart the phone, clear the cache, no VPN, etc. Has anyone had success correcting the issue? This issue has me ready to jump ship to another carrier.
