Like many Verizon users have reported.....I'm having periodic problems with a few incoming calls from people in my contacts...often from my son who shares my Verizon account and occasionally another friend who uses AT&T. They're calls OCCASIONALLY go straight to voicemail and don't show in recents. I've worked with Verizon techs troubleshooting as well as Apple support since I use a iphone 16e. I've checked settings over and over and my phone is not on silence, volume is turned UP, I have no call forwarding, I've reset network and turned phone off & on multiple times. So frustrating. Each time I try to chat with a Verizon tech I have to start from the beginning and they insist I go through the SAME trouble shooting which hasn't helped. I JUST made an appt. for a Verizon call back and guess what.....they called & my phone didn't ring so I missed the call!!! Then I tried to call back, which requires going through the tedious automated process to try and reach a LIVE person. HELP
