I bought a new construction townhome, the old house was torn down. The new one has an address change. The old used to have Fios, but new townhome does not.
Verion fios technician came to my house to install fios, but he said you need to add new address into system, "build a new sub location" is his words. None of the 10 online agents understand that, I gave up. Please add a FAST ticket to build my new address.
