So it's pretty simple but I want to add a bit of a back story. My husband has straight talk and a broken phone and I have been trying to get him to switch for years. When three promotion to add a line and get a free galaxy 25+ tablet and watch was running we thought it was a good time. We also were supposed top get a pair of ray ban meta glasses free as well. From he time in paved the order to now it has been a nightmare. It was way too difficult to port his number i spent 8 hours on the phone with them that day. Our plan was changed somehow so it charged us the device payments which was super annoying. But then things got really bad. Randomly i noticed that a new line was on my bill. I didn't get a new line, I upgraded my phone added my husband and got a tablet. In total 3 phones and 1 tablet including a line i had alreadythat we didn't make changes to. I was furious. It's been weeks and the device payment agreement is being charged to me now due to not activating the phone. I never got a phone. It also bumped me into the next insurance amount so that needed corrected i was charged for the initial taxes and stuff. This is INSANE. when I did make the purchases I had to upload my identification but somehow this happened? I never got the glasses by the way, they said it was used up but i had them tell me the exact date i could redeem them so they did give me a credit in the amount of the glasses kind of. I only got half that and they said they put on a request.
What is going on you guys? I also feel like because I have brought it to their attention that I had nothing to do with this line it's illegal or something? I need answers and I'm not getting any
