NFL Sunday Ticket in April 2025

We got Verizon 5G Home Internet back in April this year and were given 3 different promos/offers to join: Samsung 40" TV or $400 Best Buy credit towards Samsung appliances, MetaQuest VR or NFL Sunday Ticket for the 2025 season, and either a $200 Amazon gift card or a $200 Verizon gift card. We chose to get the Samsung TV and have received it. We got and used the $200 Verizon gift card. We had also just bought a new washer, so we didn't need any appliances so we decided to get the NFL Sunday Ticket for 2025 but have not gotten anything for that. I've called Verizon and got nowhere. It doesn't show anywhere on my account, nor on my receipt for when we signed up. I've called Verizon and they were essentially no help as they just created a ticket and said to call back in a few days. I didn't think much of it until recently and realized I hadn't seen it on my offers/perks list. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm at a loss.

By partnering with support, we confirmed that the NFL Sunday Ticket offer wasn't active at the time of the order. The promotion shown online was only for Verizon FIOS Internet customers only. If anyone else runs into this, double check the eligibility dates and type of service required. We don't want you to have any problems getting the promotions you qualify for and we'd like the chance to help you resolve this situation ASAP. The NFL Sunday Ticket promotion was first offered on 7/31/2025, but we can take a look and see if you qualify for any other promotions. So, after being told that I must've misunderstood and couldn't have been offered NFL Sunday Ticket in April, I basically got nowhere. And because I can't prove the offer they gave me, they told me I can buy it instead. I went ahead and looked back at my text messages on April 9th, and I can see where I mentioned to people that I was given NFL Sunday Ticket for the upcoming season. I'm not going to privately text friends and randomly lie about something 6 months away. That doesn't make any sense. Mind you, I'm not saying this should be my proof, as I know they won't accept that, but it reassured me, because after their constant claims that it was impossible, they started to make me question my own memory. I then provided a screenshot of the offers available that Google listed, but Google results aren't good enough. I don't necessarily disagree, but the two of those things together should tell them that their impossibility isnt all that impossible. So, I'm being punished because I didn't have the foresight to screenshot an offer being given to me when I signed up for service. I was told numerous times, essentially, that I'm lying. I was told that Fios had that offer, but Fios isn't available in my area. So I wouldn't have been given Fios offers. They then tried to upsell me numerous times. Just horrible customer service. No, they weren't outright rude, but being told that I don't understand or that what I did was impossible is patronizing, at the very least. And then trying to sell me the very thing that I'm supposed to be getting for free is just on another level. So, yeah, that was a waste of an hour.
