Good luck with that its been 8 weeks 3 days and it was processed on 18th August right underneath says To be Delivered within 48 hours that passed as well as the be delivered within 8 weeks in the terms so doubtful u get anything imo spent ao many hours with agents all be passed to the next agent on an on without any thing changing concerning 250 amazon gift card
Well mine was processed aug18th and it said to be delivered within 48 hours and spent iver 20 hours in chat to accomplish a bunch of rest assured you will have your gift card by end of chat 20 seconds later new agent just over and over finally filed with BBB and FCC verizon was served by both next day executive office reaches out by email i reply back basicly don't care about your scripted lines either solve this or find someone who can gave them 48 hours we now on the last 24 and i file with my state attorneys office which is Dana nessel who just won a case against them last year im over it the games i don't think they have any intentions of honoring anything to be honest

Good luck..mine was processed 18 aug right underneath that to be delivered within 48 hours well that 10 days ago well 8 if go by the to be dleivered with 48-hour there now past there own terms and conditions which is to be delivered within 8 weeks i filed with BBB and FCC they were served with both complaints and have recieved two emails basically same story as floor agent's your claim is valid meaning the gift card which they have no intention of sending obviously its just one excuse agter another she said my gift card was stuck lol yes thats what the executive office relations told me after receiving the BBB n FCC complaints and then with the rest assured she went on with that she is monitoring the issue and will update yea ok same ole story so its time file with michigan state attorney general dana nessel who just won a case last year against them anyway good luck to ya wouldn't get ur hopes io though asnu can see from all the complaints on here they have a Facebook complaints group verizon compalints u would be shocked
